Silvia Donis is a PhD student in Business Economics at the University of La Rioja and a Substitution Contract Professor in the Faculty of Business Studies at the University of La Rioja.
Her research is directed towards the study of innovation and, specifically, focuses on studying the factors that drive and constrain eco-innovation, as well as the impact that the introduction of eco-innovations has on business performance. It also contributes to organizational management by providing business guidelines for the implementation of environmental innovations. His research has been presented in important national and international discussion forums such as the Annual Meeting of Academy of Management or ACEDE National Congress.
