Silvia Donis is Ph.D in Business Economics at the University of La Rioja and Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business Studies at the University of La Rioja.
Her research is directed towards the study of innovation and, specifically, focuses on studying the factors that drive and constrain eco-innovation, as well as the impact that the introduction of eco-innovations has on open innovation. It also contributes to organizational management by providing business guidelines for the implementation of environmental innovations. Her research have been presented in the main national and international conferences and published in journals such as Technovation and Business Strategy and the Environment.
