Sonia Herrero is a predoctoral researcher in the Economics and Management of Organizations program at the University of Zaragoza, where she carries out teaching and research activities in the Department of Business Management and Organization through an FPU fellowship from the Ministry of Universities. She holds a degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, along with a Master’s in Management, Strategy, and Marketing from the same institution. Her research focuses on the analysis of innovation ecosystems, examining their economic performance, relational structures, and patent activity. She is currently undertaking a research stay at the Network Science Institute at Northeastern University (Boston, USA), where she is deepening her study of collective intelligence and human-AI interaction for the management of these environments. Her work, presented at forums such as the ACEDE conference, aims to understand how to optimize collaboration and knowledge exchange to create more integrated and efficient innovation ecosystems.
